The first competition will start at 8:30 AM Sept.25th(Monday),2000.The
second competition will start at 8:30 AM Sept.27th(Wednesday),2000.We
will put the IOI2000 tasks here after half hour the competition
starts.

正式比赛开始时间：
第一次竞赛：2000年9月25日（星期一）上午8：30；
